Guinea’s Boké region stands as one of the world’s core bauxite-producing areas, hosting a large number of major Chinese mining enterprises. Among them, Chalco Guinea Boffa Bauxite Project is a large-scale benchmark mining project in the region and a critical overseas resource base for Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO). With an annual bauxite output of over 10 million tons, the project has a growing demand for heavy-duty, durable and efficient transportation equipment, bringing strict requirements for mining logistics vehicles.
Recently, our company reached a cooperation agreement with a long-term logistics client of the Chalco Boffa Project. With stable operational capacity, the client was awarded an exclusive bauxite transportation contract and placed a tailored order for our 3-axle 12-wheel 80-ton dump semi trailers, which are used for short-distance bauxite transportation and port distribution in the mining area, providing strong logistics support for stable and continuous production of the mine.
Bauxite features high hardness, large density and strong abrasiveness. Besides, mining areas in Guinea are mostly characterized by unpaved roads, frequent slopes and intensive long-hour operation. Ordinary transport vehicles are prone to compartment wear, frame deformation and slow unloading. Based on in-depth research into African mining working conditions, our dump semi trailers designed specifically for bauxite transportation are perfectly suitable for mining operations and have become the preferred equipment for mining logistics thanks to multiple core design advantages.
The 3-axle 12-wheel 80-ton dump semi trailer adopts high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel for the cargo body, with thickened bottom and side plates. It effectively resists impact and friction from bauxite, avoids deformation and material leakage in long-term use, greatly reduces maintenance costs, and adapts to high-frequency loading and unloading in mines. The optimized hydraulic lifting system delivers strong lifting power and stable performance, enabling fast large-angle unloading with zero bauxite residue, significantly improving transportation efficiency and shortening vehicle turnaround time.
The frame of the 4-axle 16-wheel 80-ton dump semi trailer is reinforced for heavy-duty use. Optimized through professional mechanical structure design, it features excellent anti-vibration and anti-torsion performance, delivering higher stability and safety on complex road conditions in mining areas. Meanwhile, the large-volume cargo box increases single-load capacity. Paired with a reliable chassis and suspension system, it balances heavy-load capacity and driving stability, fully meeting the core demands of bauxite heavy-duty transportation.
