This BLAZERS 120-ton gooseneck removable low bed semi trailer for Nigeria enables front loading of heavy machinery like large excavators and construction components, ideal for heavy-duty infrastructure transport.
Heavy machinery transportation:
Used to transport large excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes and other heavy engineering equipment, allowing direct front loading.
Infrastructure component transportation:
Transports oversized and overweight core infrastructure parts such as bridge precast components, shield machine parts, steel structures, wind turbine towers, transformers, etc.
Mining & energy projects:
Carries large mining equipment, generator sets, pressure vessels and other heavy equipment in mines, oilfields, wind farms and other projects.
Ports & logistics hubs:
Used as a transfer tool in ports and logistics centers for short-haul and long-haul transportation of containers and heavy cargo.

Rapidly transports large rescue equipment and construction materials for post-disaster reconstruction and road repair.
Pre-use Inspection:
Check the load capacity, connecting pins, locking mechanisms, outriggers, brakes and tires. Ensure the working site is flat and firm with sufficient space.
Gooseneck Disassembly:
Park the trailer steadily, lower and level the outriggers. Disconnect hydraulic pipelines, pull out connecting pins, unlock buckles, and move the gooseneck away with a tractor or forklift.
Cargo Loading:
Lower and fix the rear ramps. Guide heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) to drive onto the platform slowly from the rear. Secure the equipment with steel cables and anti-slip blocks.
Gooseneck Reinstallation:
Align the gooseneck with the platform, insert and lock the connecting pins, and reconnect hydraulic systems. Retract outriggers and ramps, then connect the trailer to the tractor.
Transport & Unloading:
Drive steadily, avoid sharp turns and sudden stops, and check connections regularly. Upon arrival, disassemble the gooseneck again, unlock the cargo, and guide the machinery to drive off the platform safely.
